I may be able to assist you in locating your stroller. I create stroller covers, which would easily resolve your problem (as well as being less expensive then purchasing a new stroller).

It appears as if Combi has a very extensive line of character strollers in Japan, but not here in the US, which is why the only picture I found of the Hello Kitty stroller appeared so dated. Here in the US combi is known for their lightweight, compact strollers, not their designs. In Japan, Combi is as popular as Graco is to us here, so there is a vast selection. I was unable to find any site selling this stroller in the US. Also keep in mind that since it is from another country, it has not been tested here, and also won’t be monitored for recalls.
Maybe the best way to do this would be to find a stroller you like for its pink qualities and find some iron on appliques of hello kitty? you could even do rhinestones on the sunshade this way!
