The picture is not misleading, but my wife did expect something with a bit more padding. It’s more decoration than protection, though in fairness, it does include transparent covers for the front of the phone. She is basically happy with it, and realizes that Hello Kitty merchandise is often more expensive than an equivalent without Hello Kitty. Still, I thought that it’s somewhat overpriced–on the other hand, it’s for an iPhone, so I suppose overpricing is simply part of the package.
