   Simple V-neck white,green,pink, or gray
   With capris or shorts [pants if its cold where you live] and a small necklace to top it off with a curly hair dew would be perfect :}

   I would keep the rest of the outfit very simple. The boots are bright and colorfull enough. Black shirt and black short skirt – maybe if you like with a black pair of those half long leggins underneath the skirt. Or maybe a jeans skirt.

   Hello Kitty gum boots are pretty tough to match with any outfit, come to think of it…..
   Please do let us know what you are going to choose to wear with them I am really interested to know.

   Kinda like erm a tracksuit but like with a kiddyish kinda top/vest,
   Also try half tuckin them in your gumboots..

   hell, wear them with a mini and a cute tee!

   i keep imagining a black miniskirt and some kind of screen printed fitted tee shirt, like a band shirt or something.

   go into your closet and see what you have already. yeah i agree that you should keep it pretty simple, but not so much that the shoes are the only thing you see, that’s why i say a printed tee.. oh and a cool headband!
